DECKING
Garden decking has become more and more popular in recent years and as suppliers of hardwood decking we have responded to that by increasing our range of decking products. We offer a large range of hardwood garden decking including; Balau decking, Ipe decking, Massaranduba decking & our own production of oak decking which can be supplied with either a reeded or smooth face. If you decide to build a hardwood deck in either balau or oak, we are able to produce posts, handrails and balustrading to match. All of our garden decking is of very high quality and is very competitively priced. Our hardwood deck products are made from solid timber and due to the nature of the beautiful wood that we use there will be some colour differences between the decking boards. FINISHING PRODUCTS
We offer a comprehensive range of wood finishes which are suitable for most timber applications. Our range of Liberon wood finishes includes; coloured paste waxes, liquid waxes, teak oil, linseed oil, tung oil & decking oil. We also offer a range of Granglaze polyurethane and water based floor lacquers. Alternatively, we are able to supply Treatex hard wax oil which provides a very good finish to wooden floors. Our decking oil will help to keep the colour of most hardwood decks if maintained and regularly re-oiled. Our Flexterior wood finish for external joinery comes in various colours and is micro-porous so it allows the wood to breath whilst offering great protection from the English weather.

WOODEN FLOORING
Why choose a solid wooden floor? Well, solid wooden flooring is easy to clean and maintain, allergy friendly and if you buy your wooden flooring from us, it doesnt have to cost the earth. If you are considering buying a wooden floor then a solid hardwood floor will add character as well as value to your home. Wooden flooring is available in many different timbers these days but few can compete with the natural characteristics and the pure pleasure that a solid oak floor will give you. Why choose a hardwood floor? Well, although hardwood does not exactly mean HARD wood, the various hardwood flooring products that we have available will on the whole be much harder wearing and more durable than most softwood flooring products. Of all the hardwood flooring available on the market today, oak is by far the most suited to the surroundings of any English country home. Our wooden flooring range is varied and offers a wide choice of sizes and finishes. We are currently offering unfinished solid oak flooring from 100mm wide to 180mm wide, pre-oiled solid oak flooring from 130mm to 200mm wide & pre-lacquered oak flooring from 110mm to 200mm wide. Each and every one of our solid hardwood floors will be different as the characteristics of each floor board are unique.
Engineered flooring
We now offer a full range of engineered hardwood flooring which is available in 148mm x 14mm, 189mm x 15mm and 189mm x 21mm multiply laminated boards. Our engineered hardwood flooring has been developed for use over under floor heating. In addition to our unfinished engineered oak flooring & our pre-oiled engineered oak flooring, we are offering a distressed (handscraped), stained & lacquered version which is ideal for older country properties. Our range also includes engineered walnut flooring which has a very rich dark brown grain. All of our hardwood engineered flooring is manufactured using single, wide boards and not narrow strips. This gives the impression of being solid wide planks but with the stability of an engineered floor.
INTERNAL DOORS
Whether you are considering new doors for your country cottage, barn conversion or your Tudor style house, we are able to
make solid traditional oak doors that will not just suit your property but will add character and charm that will last a lifetime.
Our range of traditional doors includes two types of ledged doors with either random width or fixed width vertical boards.
Most of our doors are constructed using screws and oak pellets fixed through the ledges for better stability. Rose head nails can be
fitted to the front of our doors and braces can be fitted to the backs if required. Our Swept head doors are very much a
feature to any house with oak cover strips over the boards on the front and an arched top rail. Ledges are fitted to
the back of the door and braces can be fitted if required. For the most discerning customer, our Traditional antique style
doors with their hand planed, distressed boards, rose head nails and dark oak wax finish really are the best
available. All of our oak doors are hand crafted here in our own workshops using our character grade kiln dried European
oak. Our self assembly oak door kits are a favourite with developers and self builders as they can save money and they generally have a
shorter lead time. Oak door lining sets are made to order and will compliment our oak doors.
IRONMONGERY
Our extensive range of ironmongery includes; bolts, hinges, hooks, latches, handles, screws, nails and much more. Most of our ironmongery is hand forged and finished with a light coat of beeswax. We offer a large range of hand forged T-hinges from 6 to 24 which can be used with our hand forged Suffolk latches and fitted to our traditional ledged oak doors. We also offer two types of wooden latch which are made using our own character grade oak. These oak latches are very traditional, tactile and would be a great addition to our wooden doors. We also offer hand forged fleur dy lys and gothic style hooks for mounting on a plinth or the backs of your doors. Our rose-head nails which are available in various sizes, are ideal for making doors and can be used as a feature in a floor.
JOINERY PRODUCTS
We have a very well equipped joinery workshop where we manufacture many joinery items such as exterior doors and frames, windows, garage doors, staircases and much more. Many of our joinery projects are one offs which can be made to your specification. Oak windows are a speciality of ours. Our oak garage doors can be made as either basic ledged and braced doors or as framed ledged and braced doors for better security and strength. Our exterior joinery is made from well seasoned air dried oak which is ideal for exterior joinery purposes. We also supply solid timber worktops which are available to order. Oak worktops, maple worktops, iroko worktops or beech worktops are available in various widths and thicknesses. Call, fax or email your requirement.
SKIRTINGS & MOULDINGS
We offer a large selection of standard mouldings to be used for skirting and architrave. Our skirting and architrave profiles include; Ogee, Torus, Ovolo, Bull-nose, Pencil round, Long chamfer, Short chamfer or a plain PAR. Our oak skirting is priced per linear metre and is supplied in 2.0m to 4.0m lengths depending upon stock availability. Our oak architrave is sold in sets which include 2 x 2.1m and 1 x 1.0m length, this is considered to be one set. All our skirting and architrave is finished to 18mm thick. In addition to our oak skirting and oak architrave we manufacture oak scotia and oak quadrant to order.
TIMBER
In addition to our extensive list of manufactured products we also supply the raw material to end users. We can supply waney edged boards, square edged boards or oak sawn to size. We can work from cutting lists and are able to prepare oak to your specified finished sizes. Our mill has the capacity to deal with sawn and prepared oak orders quickly and efficiently. Oak shelves, table tops, worktops and many more items can be made to your specification. We also hold large stocks of new oak sleepers and oak beams.
